Half of peeled, cored and chopped apple,
1 cup of seedless red grapes
Half of peeled, seeded and chopped lemon
1/2 tablespoon of powdered ginseng (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine apple juice, apples, grapes, lemon, and ginseng (if using). Process as directed until smooth.
