Apple and Red Grape Smoothie Recipe

After the gym activity, many people get tired and their blood sugar level decrease while doing a movement. With an apple and red grape smoothie, you will gain lots of energy and the apple and lemon inside of the smoothie will make you lose more fat from your body. You will not feel tired and burn more fat. Is there anything better news than that? I guess no. Your kidney will work more and you will get rid of oedema. You will get skinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of apple juice
  • Half of peeled, cored and chopped apple,
  • 1 cup of seedless red grapes
  • Half of peeled, seeded and chopped lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon of powdered ginseng (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, combine apple juice, apples, grapes, lemon, and ginseng (if using). Process as directed until smooth.

Nutrition Values:

120 calories for 1 serve
