Ingredients:

 

1 cup juice
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

In blender, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and parsley. Blend until mix becoming smooth.

130 calories per 1 serve.
