Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of plain soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of pitted cherries
  • 1 of wedges pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peeled ripe banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions:

In blender, combine soy milk, cherries, pineapple, banana, flax seeds and almond extract. Blend till mix become until smooth.
