Ingredients:

1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup black currants
1 peeled and chopped ripe banana,
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon liquid honey or molasse

Instructions:

In a blender, combine apple juice, black currants, banana, yoghurt and honey. Blend it for 1 minute and ready to drink.
