- 1/2 cup plain soy milk
- 1/4 cup pitted cherries
- 1 peeled and chopped ripe banana
- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
In the blender, mix soy milk, cherries, banana, blueberries, protein powder and almonds. Blend until the mix becomes smooth for 1 minutes. To avoid the higher level of roughness, add them respectively.
