Pineapple Spice Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup milk
- 80 gr pineapple
- 60 gr banana
- 1 tbsp fat free yogurt
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp blended coconut
- After peeling shell of pineapple, divide them into little parts.
- Slice the banana into little cubes. Take out the yogurt’s water.
