Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 80 gr pineapple
  • 60 gr banana
  • 1 tbsp fat free yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seed
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp blended coconut

Instructions

  1. After peeling shell of pineapple, divide them into little parts.
  2. Slice the banana into little cubes. Take out the yogurt’s water.
  3. Put the yogurt, pineapple slices, banana slices, chia seeds and milk in the blender.
  4. Blend them until the mix becomes shaggy. Bone appetite.
