1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoon of chopped almonds
2 wedges peeled and chopped pineapple,
1 ripe peeled and chopped banana,
1/4 cup banana-flavored frozen yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
In the blender, combine pineapple juice, almonds, pineapple wedges, chopped banana, frozen yoghurt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend all in low speed for 30secs-60secs and go for high speed another 30s-60s.
