1/2 cup of Almond Milk ( You can use any other milk)
1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
1 peeled and chopped ripe bananas,
Pinch ground nutmeg
In the blender, combine almond milk, almonds, bananas, and nutmeg. Get all the ingredient and start blender in low frequency for 1 minute until it looks like smooth.
