  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cherry
  • 1/4 cup red grapes
  • 1/8 cup silken-tofu or fruit flavored

  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, lemon juice, blueberries, cherries, grapes, and tofu.
  2. Blend them for 2 minutes and consume. If you wish, put some ices in the blender.
