Avocado Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk low-fat
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp half fatty yoghurt
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 10 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Slice a grown avocado into two pieces and take out the root of it with a help of a knife. Peel the shell of avocado and chop it into little cubes.
  2. After washing a green apple with clean water slice them 4 pieces equally and take out the seed of it. Weed out the mint leaves carefully.
  3. Put the low-fat milk, cubes of avocado, mint leaves, yogurt, honey and pieces of green apple into a blender container
  4. After all these steps, run the blender until the mix becomes full of small protuberances.
