Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Alder syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut

Instructions

  1. Froth up pumpkin puree and almond milk without lactose with a mixer.
  2. Add alder syrup to the shake and mix them.
  3. Add other spices such as cinnamın, ginger powder and blendered coconut into the and blend them for a few seconds.
  4. You can pour the smoothie into cold or freezed water glasses and if you like you can add your favorite spices.
