Ingredients

  • 3 qty apple
  • 200 grams tender spinach leaf
  • 5 grams fresh ginger
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup green tea
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. After washing spinach leaves with plenty water, dry them with salad drier.
  2. After peeling the shell of fresh ginger, chop them into small pieces.
  3. Take out the seed of the green apples sliced into 4 pieces which are washed with plenty water.
  4. Please be careful about green tea temperature since it has to be cold when integrated into the smoothie. Therefore, be sure about green tea temperature after brewing.
  5. Put into yogurt, tender spinach leaves, brewed cold green tea, honey and fresh ginger pieces into smoothie blender.
  6. Grind the ingredients until they become grindy. The grinding level is important since if it becomes very viscous, you may not have a sense of being full.
  7. Low calorie, the energetic green smoothie is ready.
