Ingredients

  • 3 qty grapefruit
  • 8 qty dried apricots
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Slice grapefruits into two parts and extract their juice.
  2. Take the dried apricots from the water chop into cubes.
  3. Put honey, dried apricot pieces, yogurt and coconut milk into the blender.
  4. Start blender and every one minute add grapefruit juice until it becomes shaggy.
  5. Low calorie and an energetic smoothie is ready for service.
