  • 1,5 cup milk
  • 0,5 banana
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp gingerdust
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed


  1. Peel of banana shell and chop the banana into little pieces.
  2. Add lactose-free milk into the blender and add yogurt, banana slices, flax seed, dust ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Blend them until the mix become a puree. It is ready to consume.
