Mint Flavoured Green Tea

As all of you know, green tea is a favorite diet item in weight loss diets. It has nearly no-calorie and eases the burn-belly fat.

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed Green Tea
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Three slices of lemon

Instructions

  1. Seven cups of green tea should be brewed and take it into jar.
  2. Put mint leaves and three slices of lemon in it and wait for one day in refrigerator.
  3. It should be consumed 1 cup of every seven days. It makes a detox effect on your body.
