Spiced Tea

The things for making spiced tea are green tea, pepper, and cinnamon which fasten the metabolism rate. Another thing in the spiced tea is the honey which fastens the burn fat ratio.

  • 1 a cup of freshly brewed green tea
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 1 dessertspoon of cinnamon

  1. After brewing the green tea, put some honey into it. After that, put the red pepper and the cinnamon into this mix.
